Terms & conditions.

These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and procedures for all makeup services provided. By booking any service through this website, email, or direct communication, you agree to the terms listed below. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for both the client and the artist.

Please read carefully before booking.

Deposit and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final balance. Please note that all makeup services, including trials and full appointments, are non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment (or by a specified date for bridal). The final balance must be paid in a single payment, unless otherwise specified by the makeup artist. Accepted forms of payment include exact cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Tap to Pay.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

To reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit toward a future date, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments may be rescheduled once and must be moved within six months of the original date.

If you are running late, please notify the artist prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation.

If the artist cancels, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel, your deposit is non-refundable, and all makeup services remain non-refundable regardless of cancellation or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Clients who do not call or show for their appointment may not be eligible to book future appointments.

Important for Bridal Clients: Bridal bookings have different cancellation and rescheduling policies due to the time-sensitive nature of weddings. Full details will be provided in your bridal contract.

Liability

The makeup artist will take every precaution to ensure a safe and hygienic environment during services. All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between each application. The artist is not liable for any allergic reactions, irritation, or skin conditions resulting from products or techniques used, provided any known sensitivities were disclosed in advance. All allergies and/or skin conditions must be communicated to the artist before the application.

Illness & Health Policy

The artist reserves the right to refuse services to any client displaying flu-like symptoms or other contagious conditions. If a client has a contagious condition, such as a cold sore, blisters, or pink eye, makeup application may not be possible due to the risk of infection. Open sores, cuts, or grazes will not be covered for safety reasons. If either the client or the artist experiences symptoms prior or on the day of the appointment, or has been in recent contact with someone ill, full transparency is expected. The appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at the artist’s discretion and may be subject to the cancellation policy.
