POLICIES.
To ensure a seamless and professional experience, all bookings are subject to the policies outlined below. These guidelines are in place to protect both client and the artist while maintaining the highest standard of service.
Please review all policies carefully prior to booking.
Retainer & Payments
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your final balance. All makeup services, including previews and appointments, are non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise specified for bridal services. Payment must be made in a single transaction unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include exact cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Tap to Pay.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. The retainer may be transferred to a new date one time and must be used within six months of the original booking date.
If you are running late, please notify the artist as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the appointment.
If the artist must cancel for any reason, the retainer will be refunded in full.
Client retainers are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may not be eligible to book future services.
Bridal Bookings
Bridal services have separate booking terms due to the time-sensitive nature of weddings. Detailed policies regarding payments, cancellations, and scheduling will be outlined in the bridal contract.
Health & Sanitation
The artist follows strict sanitation practices and sanitizes all brushes, tools, and makeup products between each client to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Clients must inform the artist of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to their appointment. While professional, high-quality products are used, the artist is not responsible for allergic reactions or irritation that may occur during or after services.
For the safety of all clients, services may be refused if a client has a contagious condition such as cold sores, blisters, pink eye, or flu-like symptoms. Makeup will not be applied over open cuts, sores, or grazes.
If the client or artist becomes ill prior to the appointment or has been in contact with someone who is ill, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the policies listed above.
