POLICIES.
To ensure a seamless and professional experience, all bookings are subject to the terms outlined below. These guidelines protect both clients and the artist while maintaining the highest standard of service.
Please read carefully before booking.
Retainer & Payments
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable retainer is required and will be applied toward your final balance. All makeup services, including trials and full appointments, are non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment (or by a specified date for bridal) and is to be paid in a single transaction, unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include exact cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Tap to Pay.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
To reschedule your appointment and apply your retainer to a future date, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments may be rescheduled once and must be completed within six months of the original date.
If you are running late, kindly notify the artist in advance. Late arrivals may result in adjusted service time or, in some cases, cancellation.
In the rare event the artist must cancel, your retainer will be refunded in full. If you cancel, the retainer is non-refundable, and all makeup services remain non-refundable regardless of rescheduling. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Clients who fail to notify or attend their appointment may not be eligible to book future appointments.
Important for Bridal Clients: Bridal bookings have specialized cancellation and rescheduling policies due to the time-sensitive nature of weddings. Full details will be outlined in your bridal contract to ensure clarity and peace of mind.
Liability
The artist takes every precaution to provide a safe, hygienic, and professional environment. All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between applications. While the artist uses only high-quality products, she is not liable for allergic reactions, irritation, or skin conditions resulting from makeup application, provided any known sensitivities or allergies were disclosed in advance. Clients are required to communicate all allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to their appointment.
Illness & Health Policy
To ensure the safety and comfort of all clients, the artist reserves the right to refuse services to anyone displaying flu-like symptoms or other contagious conditions. Makeup application may not be possible for clients with contagious conditions, including cold sores, blisters, or pink eye. Open cuts, sores, or grazes cannot be covered for safety reasons.
Full transparency is expected if the client or artist experience symptoms prior to or on the day of the appointment, or if either has been in recent contact with someone who is ill. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at the artist’s discretion and are subject to the cancellation policy.
